Rise 360 Web Exports: CC not working
If you publish a Rise 360 Course to Web, the Closed Captioning does not work. If I look in the export file, the *.VTT file is there. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
Have you confirmed the server being used to host the web content supports .VTT files? It's possible the .VTT files may need to be added to a list of acceptable file formats, allowed on the server. If that doesn't do the trick, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

The Rise Courses are uploaded to AWS and being accessed via a link on a website. If I view the course from the exported course folder on my local desktop via a browser, the captions still do not show up.
