Rise course not exporting to pdf.
Hi folks,
I just exported 17 Rise courses to pdf.
15 exported perfectly. 2 did not. I have rebooted, opened, closed copied, renamed... These 2 course just keep exporting as blank pdf files. The 2 that are not exporting correctly are in the middle - as in a few courses before exported successfully and all after exported successfully also.
These short "courses" are all laid out pretty much the same as they were created at the same time and are part of one course.
I am stumped :-/

Thanks for your patience - the issue where you couldn't export a course to PDF if it included a process block is now fixed.

I am still running into this problem. I am trying to export it as a PDF, but the doc is blank. Can you please advise, if anything changed and I can fix it differently?

I just exported a course as a PDF and it worked correctly, and the PDF included all of the pages.
We have also experienced issues relating to exporting for LMS today and have been able to export others successfully just not one particular file. Any idea what this could be?
