RISE Course Updates
Hello! I have a course that was shared by a team member who is no longer with our company. I can make edits but I cannot create a SCORM package. Is there a way to get admin rights to this course?

Hi Josie,
If your organization has an Articulate 360 Teams account, someone in your organization is set up as the Articulate 360 Teams account Administrator.
The administrator has the ability to remove the outgoing team member, and to assign ownership of all their courses to any other team member.
Use that process to transfer ownership of this (any any other courses) to yourself.

Hi Josie,
Here is how you can find out who the Administrator is for your organization's Teams account:
Hover over your icon in the top right-hand corner of the Rise forum page.
Click Account.
Click Team Info.
You will see the name and email address of your Teams administrator.
