Rise has stopped processing audio
Is anyone else having issues where Rise has stopped processing audio? I can insert Audio into a block but RISE will not complete the processing of it. This is the same whether I use AI audio or the insert audio option.

Sorry to hear you're having issues uploading audio to Rise 360!
When testing in Google Chrome, I was able to upload local audio files and generate AI audio without slowdowns. Not to worry! I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to get us started:
- Does your audio fail to upload across multiple supported browsers?
- Does clearing your browser's cache or using an incognito browser make any improvement?
- Which Audio Block specifically fails to process the upload?

EricSantos It looks like the issue with adding audio to Rise courses is still occurring — the audio keeps showing as “processing” and never finishes. Could someone please take a look at this?

Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble again with audio uploads! I just tested uploading a local audio file in an Audio Block, and it worked fine. To help us dig in further, could you share:
- Which block type you’re using when the audio stays in “processing” (Audio Block, Process Block, Custom Block, etc.)
- Whether the issue happens with all audio files, or only specific ones (MP3, WAV, size-large, etc.)
- The file format and size of the audio file(s) you uploaded
If clearing your browser cache doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a sample audio file that fails to upload so we can test it directly. Once we have these details, we’ll take a closer look to identify what’s causing the issue.

Hi EricSantos, there still seems to be issues with adding audio to Rise courses. The audio is permanently "processing". Could this be investigated please?

I see the issue was noted 4 hrs ago - Are there any updates?
My Audio is still processing from this morning...I have attempted to remove and relard as well as closing articulate and signing back in - no luck with either...

Thanks for following up. The issue with audio and video uploads in Rise 360 is still ongoing. Our cloud service provider continues to experience degraded performance, which is affecting several Articulate 360 features, including media processing in Rise.

Yes, and following the updates. Anyone seeing an issue with degradation in resolution of photos & graphics as well? And would/could this be related to the same core issue?? I'm having a TIME with all this today, lol. Not fun.

Thanks for reporting this. We’re seeing the same behavior where audio and video uploads in Rise 360 get stuck on “Processing.” This appears to be connected to the ongoing issue with our cloud service provider that’s affecting several Articulate 360 features.
Some systems are currently degraded, and our team is actively monitoring and working with our provider to restore full functionality as soon as possible.

Same - not processing videos.

Rise is also not processing any videos. It just stays on Processing and the wheel keeps spinning.
