Rise video is cutting off

I am working on a project in Rise and have a media block. For some reason, my video playback cuts off. The video is only 10,000 kb so it's not too big. I'm not sure what is causing it to cut off. I tried deleting it and reloading it and the same thing happens. 

Suggestions for troubleshooting?

    It sounds like you've run into erratic behavior with a video from your Rise 360 lesson. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and had some follow-up questions to help us start.

    • Does this behavior occur regardless of how you are viewing the lesson? During Preview, or if published to an LMS/the Web?
    • Can you observe this issue across multiple different browsers, or is local to one?
    • Does this issue occur regardless of the video being used, or is it specific to just one?

    Hi - i'm having the same issue also. It's completely random with no troubleshooting appearing to work for this. Please investigate! It's happening on so many videos and making it difficult to complete the training material for publication.
