Scorm 2004 not sending scores to LMS

Hi all.  I'm building a prototype of an induction where the user ends up with a score however the LMS doesnt seem to be picking up the score. Our LMS team have said "the content is not sending any "cmi.interactions" calls." 

In my Storyline setup I've set the score to submit in various locations so i'm not sure why it's not being picked up. 

Please could someone take a look at my setup and see where i'm going wrong.

    Anthony, I think you have already identified the cause of the problem: "I've set the score to submit in various locations."

    Try turning off all but the one that you want to report and see if the behavior goes away.
