I have been trying to use the screen record feature in Storyline 360 using the directions found on the site. When I export the video as an MP4, the top portion of my screen gets cut off so that part of the text/image is missing. It only appears that way in the screen recording. What am I doing wrong? The video is attached so that you can see what I mean.

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! Thank you for including this video. I see that the top portion of the screen is cut off as you mentioned. I want to quickly check that you positioned the recording area prior to recording your screen. If so, I'm happy to look into this further! I'm also attaching the steps for exporting screen recordings in case this can be of help in the meantime!
