Hi, Is it possible for Rise users to share folders? We have a mid-sized team of developers and we would like to store final files in a shared folder structure (for maintenance and translation purposes). Is this possible? I know you can add collaborators, but can you share folders with a specific group of people like you would share a google folder?

It is baffling that - three years on - this is still being requested. Articulate, we love Rise but your focus is at times questionable. Thousands of templates no one asked for, a release this week that caused serious issues and headaches for multiple users (only turned round in 24 hours because some of us shouted VERY loudly and threatened to cancel). We appreciate the design improvements, but when you've got 20+ users and 7,000 lessons like we have (and I'm sure many others have this and more!), why can you not see that Admin tools that improve workflow and sharing would be far more appreciated than a new heading design? Unless of course you're willing to add a new member of my team to all 7k lessons. Decisions like this really do make me question our subscription.

Can you please at least name a reason for ignoring this essential feature over years? That would help to decide if it's worth waiting for it or better switch to another platform

It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since I wrote this post. Please take the voice of your customers seriously. It's clear a lot of us leaders in the business are lacking this critical functionality.

Serioulsy, I'm with everyone on that one- it has been 4 years since we all started requesting that feature. it's not a "good-to-have' feature, its a mandatory one. We just hired someone new in our team, and now I need to go in all our +300 courses indivudually and add that peron to them... it's not viable. Why it has not been implemented yet?

You're still tracking requests?! People have been asking/begging for this for FOUR YEARS! This is not a small feature request, this is a fundamental issue with sharing of projects within a team, an issue that costs companies time and money in wasted hours. Please don't be like Microsoft. This issue should be your #1 priority.

anything on this yet? I found an error on a course that a colleague had created yesterday, and could have simply amended the error and re-published, however, because he hadn't shared it with me, i couldn't do that.

Another member of my team needs to review 29 courses - which are all in a folder? So you are telling me I need to share 29 review links?

I totally agree. With a member of my team leaving in a couple of weeks, taking on someone new will mean that I have to spend hours reassigning around 500 courses. Also, my company email address changed recently and when Articulate 'moved' my content over (rather than just changing my email address as apparently that can't be done!?), I lost all the folders that I had set up so I have to now manually move them all and create new ones. Articulate really need to escalate this to the top of their priority list :(

We're currently in the same boat... We are dealing with a lot of courses and those courses as many iterations. And without shared folders, it's gettting more and more cumbersome to work with.

So, I'm also wondering what Up Next timeline is...
