Storyline 3 - Action Fine Tuning crashes when saving

Hi, we are still on Storyline 3.  When I try to edit my frames on Action Fine Tuning, and press OK, it starts to save, then closes the programme without saving.

This used to be intermittent and a bit temperamental when it chose to close the programme, but now it is doing it all the time.

I have all the current updates loaded, as my IT guys uninstalled and reinstalled the application.

Any advice before I have to rerecord my session again.
