Storyline course not loading completely on Mac.

I have a participant who recently purchased a new Mac. She was able to load and complete our courses with her previous Mac with no issues. Now, with the new Mac, when the course loads from our LMS, she sees the player--menu, glossary, etc.--but the course content area is blank. Her pop-up blocker is off, we've had her dump her cookies and temp files, and she still continues to have this problem. We are unable to recreate it on our end. Any other suggestions we can give her?
