Storyline not publishing to Review

Hello all, 

My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

      I am still having the same issue and none one of my team members are able to publish

        Hi CatherineGe,

        Thanks so much for reporting this to our team. I ran a quick test and was able to publish a Storyline 360 course to Review 360 without any issues. May I ask if this is happening only with this course, or with multiple courses? Are your team members attempting to publish this exact course? To start, please review the possible solutions listed here. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers as quickly as possible to get this resolved!

    We tried different course on different device, it dose Not work. And before the issue, it reports internet connection issue as below pic

    then we updated the storyline 360 version, it reports error again

    I am getting this error today. I downloaded the latest update on 8/21/25.  Is anyone else having this issue?

    Our team is currently investigating an issue where publishing to Review 360 is producing an error message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage you to check our status page for updates! You can select Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner to receive email updates as well. We appreciate your patience as we work on a fix.

  • I've attempted to publish from Storyline to Review 360 approximately 12 times this morning and every attempt has failed. This used to happen to me but would eventually work (hence why I keep persisting) but it doesn't seem to be working full stop currently. It's infuriating to say the least. What's going on?

      Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing from Storyline to Review!

      Do you experience the same issue when publishing from Storyline to LMS, or the Web? Also, can you try testing a separate course to see if it publishes successfully? 

      I'd like to connect you with our support engineers so they can have a closer look at this issue. I've opened a support case on your behalf and sent you an e-mail with an upload link you can use to share your .story file privately.

      We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

      I'm having the issue too. Checked the status page and it says operational.

      Support reached out to me and asked me to send my file over. However I didn't bother doing this as I just exported it as a zip file and then uploaded it manually to Review 360 in the end.

      I see that you've opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Mick. It sounds like you are working in Rise 360, and may have experienced a temporary browser glitch. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved!
