String a text-to-speech dialogue

Text-to-speech has been very useful in Articulate 360 and I've used it to save individual voices to mp3 and use them in Rise. I would like to create similar mp3s but with dialogues with 2 or more voices. Making an articulate 360 slide by sequencing voices is quite easy but I haven't found a way to save the sequence into one mp3 (other than either combining the mp3s in another app or doing a screen record when playing the slide in articulate).

Is there a way to save the sequence directly from articulate or is that not possible? A screen shot is attached, showing part of the sequence.

  • Hi Sameh!

So glad to hear that text-to-speech has been a useful tool for you when authoring in Storyline 360!

It sounds like you were trying to combine multiple text-to-speech audio tracks before exporting them as a single MP3 file. Great question!

Unfortunately, that is not a feature that is currently available but sounds like an interesting concept that I can share with my team! In the meantime, I would suggest working with the methods you mentioned. Another option you could try would be to publish your slide to video and then rip the audio from there.

    Thanks for reaching out!
