Tabbed info - formatting the title of the tab

Can anyone advise how to change the font size of a tab title and also how to change to the built in capitals to sentence case.  If I switch to accordion view I can get sentence case and increase the font size using the edit toolbar but when I switch back to tab view it reverts to capitals and smaller print.  Consistency of titles in sentence case is an accessibility issue as well as simply better design.
