text of matching Item not visible

Hi, I have a client who uses a new mobile phone but can't see the text on the matching items in the quiz. When he uses his tablet it is visible but he can't finish the course using a mobile phone. Anybody an idea why its only a blank item?

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify the behavior you're experiencing. 

    • Is the course hosted on an LMS?
    • What happens when the phone is rotated to landscape mode, does the text in the interaction still appear blank?
    • Is the behavior happening on all available browsers on the phone?

    If the course is hosted on an LMS, try troubleshooting the behavior by uploading the course to a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. This will help isolate if the issue is hosting-related. If you can observe the issue regardless of which platform your Rise 360 course is hosted in, please open a case with our support team here so we can test your course and figure out what's happening!
