"The package must contain at least one organization and one item in order to be added to Learning Store."

Hi

I'm trying to upload an e-learning from Storyline but am getting the below error message.

"The package must contain at least one organization and one item in order to be added to Learning Store"

Can't see anything any different from previous e-learnings - can anyone shed any light on what the problem may be??

    Hi Steven!

    I'm happy to step in and help! That type of error message makes me believe the SCORM package is empty or corrupted.

    If that's the case, I'd recommend:

    1. Publishing the course again.
    2. Clicking the "zip" option when the pop up appears with the wording "Congratulations! Your project was published successfully!".
    3. Saving the zip folder to your local drive; in a Documents or Desktop folder.
    4. Uploading the SCORM package to the LMS again.

    Please keep me updated if you still receive the same error message!

    Thanks for the reply - and sorry for the very late response.

    Have just had the same issue again and can't get it to upload.  Have attached the error message again.

    Tried the above to no avail.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the update and the additional information, Steven.

    With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening and upload it in another LMS environment to see if it's successful. This will help us determine if the issue lies within the project file or the LMS.

    You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

      I don't see that we received Steven's file, so I don't have an update to share. You're welcome to reach out via his contact page in case he isn't subscribed to this thread any longer.

      Have you tried the steps Lauren listed above? Also, have you tried testing in another LMS environment: Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.

      We'd be happy to look closer if you could share your project file. You can share it publicly here or send it privately here. We'll delete it after testing!
