I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.
- Were you working locally when making changes to your project file, or was it saved to a local directory when you attempted to save the file?
- Were you working out of a directory that gets synced to an online location?
- Have you tried saving to a new project file instead of overwriting the existing one?
We recommend working locally when making changes to a Storyline project since working on a network drive has been known to cause issues with saving.
