Timeline Not Playing
Why is it sometimes you hit play and it waits a few seconds to play and then it starts and stops immediately? Sometimes to get it to work, I have to move the playmarker around several times and then it might eventually work. Any ideas?

I have noticed that when that happens that it usually means when I click into the timeline my mouse moves ever so slightly, which communicates to Storyline that I have selected a very small section of the timeline to play.
Hitting the stop Square a couple of times should clear that selection and move the playhead back to zero.

I thought the same thing, Ron. Hitting the stop button a few times DOES work SOME of the time, but not all of the time. That's what makes it all the more frustrating.

Could you make a quick Peek 360 recording of the behavior you're seeing so we can confirm if there's something wrong with how the timeline responds to your clicks? I'll try to replicate the behavior and file a feature request if there are improvements that can be made to the experience.
