Transferred ownership of Rise 360 course and new owner unable to access
Transferred ownership of a Rise 360 course to an existing collaborator, but after transfer the collaborator is unable to view or access the course. I can open the course as a collaborator and both names appear, but the new owner cannot view or access the course.
I created a demo Rise 360 course and went through the same process, accept this time they have access to the Demo course.
How can I retrieve the course?

Hi Linda! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your course. Is the new owner unable to find the course in their course list? Can you share what happens when they try to access the course? Can you try duplicating the course and adding new collaborators? Let me know how it goes!

Hi Lea, thank you for replying. Unfortunately we were unable to gain access to the original course as the new owners email was used on an expired trial version of Articulate. As I was changed to a contributor, the only option we could see, was for me to manually extract the information (in most cases copy and paste) and set up a new Rise 360. Then transfer the ownership to my colleague, which we did. So he now has more or less the same course again.
