Sorry for the trouble this is causing! I see that you've submitted a support case and my teammate, John Carlo, followed up but we haven't received a reply from you yet. Did you receive John Carlo's email?
If not, as next steps, I'd make sure your audio file is saved to the local drive on your Parallels Windows environment. After, try importing the audio file. The issue might be that the audio file is saved to your Mac environment.
