Troubleshooting - Moodle / Rise compatibility

Hi, 

I am encountering compatibility issues with the Rise modules that are implemented in my client's Moodle platform. (for a better understanding of the context, I am currently working as a freelancer for a client that is using Moodle as a LMS). Images in Labeled graphic activities sometimes don't display correctly (or just don't display at all) while we have labelled them with extra care (no diacritic signs for instance). No problem with Rise per say, the images display correctly. I've tried to download a SCORM package version of one module on a free online platform, just to give a try, and it worked just fine. 

Have you heard about Rise/Moodle compatibility issues and if so, how did you correct those issues ?
