ty:aN in audio files

Hi,

I have made audio files in elevenlabs.io, and inserted as media in Rise. In preview, everything looks fine, but after published to SCORM, time is showing awkward (ty:aN). Anyone having the same issue, or even better, a solution?

  • Hi @AudunAndreassen,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I've seen a similar case where the user only got this error when viewing the course on an iPad. What device are you using to view the course? Are you willing to share a copy of your course with our team in a support case? This will be helpful for further troubleshooting and we'll delete any files once the issue is resolved.

      Hi Kelly,

Of course. This is on a laptop (Lenovo). I have seen the same on my iPad and iPhone as well. Submitted a case to you with the file now.

        Hi @AudunAndreassen

Great call opening a case. I see that you're working with our colleague Dexter. You are in excellent hands!

We'll continue the conversation over in your case so that everything is in one location.

Have a great start to your week!

I am also facing the exact same issue with desktop and mobile devices. Duration visible properly in package's preview file. But issue occurs after i publish the course in my local setup. It happens randomly (sometimes duration is visible, sometimes get ty:aN). Same problem with incognito mode as well

Hello hiten2021! I'm sorry you're also seeing this. It's good to know that you're seeing the timestamp issue on both a mobile device and a desktop. Do you see this happening with every audio file in your Rise 360 course?

We would appreciate seeing your project file. Would you mind sending a copy to us at support@articulate.com?
