Unable to download any updates questions
Hello, a coworker and I have been emailing Articulate and not getting any answers, which is frustrating so I wanted to see if anyone on the forums would be able to help.
Has anyone else had difficulty downloading any updates we have been having difficult since January 24 updates. None of my coworkers have been able to. I contacted our IT department and they found Articulate has a name change from Articulate Global Inc to Articulate Global LLC and they think this is the problem. He gave me Admin rights on my computer now today I'm back to not being able to download any updates.
Now the IT person wants to change the downloader file that we currently have to a new version but the size of the file is a much smaller than the one I gave him back in 2021. Is the file on the website they only one or is there a larger file somewhere? https://360.articulate.com/
Any guidance would be much appreciate.
