I'm so sorry for the trouble! I've asked my teammate, Cleo, to follow up with you in your most recent support case. You'll be hearing from him shortly.
I do see a total of 3 cases submitted for this issue, and we have replied to 2 of them. The third one was recently submitted. Are you receiving email follow ups in those cases? The emails would be coming from support@articulate.com

Thanks for following up! Sorry to hear you haven't been receiving our support e-mails!
Checking your support case, it looks like Cleo replied to your e-mail on 02-10-2024 at 12:05 A.M. Is there a chance the e-mail could have been diverted to a SPAM folder?
Also, it looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
