Unable to publish to Review

Hi team,

Is anyone else having issues publishing from Rise to Review at the moment?

I get the error

Something went wrong.

Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.

If you watch the short video attachment though, you'll see it briefly pops a success message before the error pops over the top.

Alas, it's not in Review when I take a look.

Appreciate any help you can give.

  • Yes, I'm having the same difficulty and have not been able to resolve it. I've reached out to the support email they provide.

  • Yes, I'm presently having the same issue with publishing Rise courses and microlearning to the review site.  I've tried a few troubleshooting steps I was able to find online, but this did not fix the problem.  What's strange is that when I receive the email from Articulate notifying me that it's been published to the review site and I click on the provided link, it opens a web page which only allows me to download a PDF version of the course.

    I am having the same issue. I made changes to a Rise 360 product and when I try to publish (new or to replace existing - tried both) I get an error message. I added a screen recording.
