Unable to resume the course in our LMS

Hi Team,

Whenever the course is refreshed intentionally or accidentally, the course is getting started from the first again, not resuming from where it is left. I need a resume function. We are using SCORM 1.2. The resume function works in the SCORM cloud but not in our LMS. Is it completely an LMS issue or can anything be done from the articulate software side?

    there is a known limitation for Scorm 1.2

    • 4096 byte* for the complete resume info
    • a simple storyline slides needs 50 - 100 byte, more complex >250 byte (quiz slides)


    => on the first slides resume is working, but after 20-50 slides resume breaks

    the limits for "suspend data" (-> resume) are

    • 4096 byte (Scorm 1.2)
    • 4000 byte (Scorm 2004 2nd)
    • 64000 byte (Scorm 2004 3rd, 4th)

    => try Scorm 2004


    * on moodle this can be changed to 64000
