Uploaded PDFs no longer open in a new tab

I am having a huge problem with this. In Scormcloud, any PDF that opens destroys the connection to the Articulate learning module rendering it useless. What gives?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble when testing your course in SCORM Cloud!
Can you share the browser, and browser attachment settings you have in place? I tested the behavior with Google Chrome. While a PDF attachment did download, then opened in a separate browser window, the process did not affect the functionality of my course in SCORM Cloud.
