URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED PLEASE: Success layer not showing after passing first fail attempt

I have an assessment with 2 attempts to pass. I need the success layer to show after passing the first fail attempt. I know I need a trigger somewhere with this guidance but I don't know which layer. 

I have attached an image of all the triggers for the results slide and indicated what I want to happen on the first fail attempt slide

    Hi Wendy,

    Please find the attached screenshot and adjust your slide accordingly. The order in which triggers are executed is very important in this scenario.
