User Tracking on Rise 360

Is there a way to identify how many people have clicked the review link sent out to stakeholders on a Rise360 course before it is put in the LMS?

We have sent the link out for course reviews in an e-mail but we can't figure out how to know how many people have engaged with the content.

I know the LMS will do this for me but this is content review stuff before I get the ok to publish it.

Any ideas?

  • I don't know of a way to track who's gone to a course in Review 360 based on clicking links.

I suggest you request that every reviewer add a comment at the end that states their approval of the course (unless they've added a comment elsewhere). Or collect those approvals via email, an online form, or some other way that tracks responses.

Sigh. I guess that's just part of wrangling SMEs...

That is actually a pretty good idea. Unfortunately, the ones who want the data are also part of the ones who are doing the review.

I guess I may have to dust off my "Managing Upward" skills. Lol
