I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.
- Does downgrading your installation to Storyline 360 Update 82 fix the issue?
- Is the issue happening to only one variable across the entire project, or are you seeing more variables encounter the same behavior when more variables of the same nature are added to the course?
- Does decreasing the length of the text that is stored in the variable change anything?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
