Ways to track completions without an LMS?

Hello - I've just created a short module in Articulate 360 and would love to track completions.  There are no significant quizzes as this is educational but it's necessary for our employees to 'review' .  I've researched that I can publish it within Review 360 but how can I monitor, gauge or confirm completions?

We do have MS Teams and am wondering if there's a way to leverage that platform to help?  Hoping someone can recommend what methods they've used that has worked.
