xAPI issues

We use a product called Axonify for our LMS. I published a course in XAPI and tried to upload in Axonify. Axonify supports SCORM and XAPI. When I tried to upload the XAPI file, it would not load. I republished the course in SCORM and it loaded fine. I reached out to the Axonify tech support. After researching the issue, they suggested I reach out to Articulate. The Axonify developers said the Rise360 XAPI file was invalid and was missing a launch tag in the tincan.xml.  Has anyone experienced this issue?  If so, were you able to find a solution or workaround?
