Is it possible to create a hyperlink on a slide that will open an event to add to an outlook calendar, or even gmail calendar. Desired functionality would be similar to that of a webinar confirmation email.
Basically, a course I'm working on includes annual deadlines for reports, so I thought it would be extra convenient to have a link on each deadline so trainees can easily add them to their own calendar while in the course.
Any best practices or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
You could create a link in a google calendar but the users will need a google account, otherwise you need an ics file which needs to be downloaded and then clicked on
