"Other" icon just gone... Dec 20, 2013 By R Adam Hey guys, one of my clients have a problem with the display of Storyline. In Player Properties, it's seems that the "Other" icon is not there. Any idea what can cause it?

R Adam Author over 10 years ago12/23/13 at 7:26 am (UTC) Resolved! Thx Articulate Support. Here's the solution : ------- Storyline will function as expected when Windows is setto 96 DPI (dots per inch). Storyline doesn't currently support 120 DPI. If yoursystem is set to 120 DPI, you may experience erratic behavior, such as: * Elements of the application are misplaced ordistorted. * Objects are misplaced or distorted whenpreviewed or published. * Zoomed images don't work as expected.* Fontsizes are incorrect after using the translation features. Here's how you can switch to 96 DPI: http://articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=wrq3kowg4jww I hope this helps.
