Since you're using Peek 360 on a Mac, let's start with these steps to configure its settings:

1. Open System Preferences.
2. Click on Security & Privacy.
3. On the right-hand side, select the Privacy tab.
4. On the left sidebar, click on Accessibility.
5. Click on the lock icon on the bottom left-hand side (you'll need to enter your computer password) and from there, click on Peek.
6. Click the lock icon again to save your changes.
7. Launch Peek and try to record.
