Have published a module, which shows and works perfectly on PC but has the following problems when viewed on iPad:
1. markers do not display content
2. logo not visible
3. quiz marks incorrectly. I answer all questions correctly but am marked as incorrect. On review quiz the correct answers are marked as they should be.
Are you using the mobile player app or viewing the HTML5 content? I don't see anything specific reported to our team that the markers and logos would disappear in the iPad, so we'd definitely want to take a look at your file and try to replicate this on our end. The same for the quiz set up. Are you able to share the file here with us (or even a sample/mock up that exhibits the same behavior)? If you'd prefer to share privately I can also send you directions on how to send to me directly.
I'm also having the exact problem after publishing hundreds of activities based on the "fix" of the shuffling problem. This is an emergency situation for me. One answer is never visible and the score is not working either.
This thread is a bit older, so if you could share some more information about what update/version of Storyline you're using, where you're viewing/hosting the content, etc. that would be helpful for us to offer some more ideas. You could also connect directly with our Support Engineers here as we'll likely need to take a look at your .story file.
