I'm not able to upload any of my 1-2 year old .story and SCORM files on Review 360 or open them on Storyline 360 desktop app. Everytime I try, an error message pops up saying that this file type is not supported.
Please help me out as those files are really important and I need to continue work on those.
SCORM files cannot be manually uploaded to Review 360. You have to publish project files in a specific format in order to be able to manually upload them there. Here's how:
Regarding the error messages that you are getting whenever you try to open the .story files in Storyline 360, these could possibly indicate some form of data corruption.
