Audio playback issues.

  The audio files are not playing when the Presenter files are published via Review 360 app. 

My setting for the audio playback format is set to play"automatically" what is the step that is missing?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for letting us know what you're experiencing. Is the audio recorded in PowerPoint or Presenter?

This article covers how Presenter doesn't support audio recorded in PowerPoint, and that may be why Review 360 isn't playing any audio.

If you did record the audio correctly, feel free to share your file with a support engineer, and they'll lend you a hand in figuring out what's happening behind the scenes!
