Cannot upload to review 360

I have gotten this error 3 times.  I tried a wired and wifi connection.  Downloaded recent version.  Restarted the computer.  Internet connection seems great!Error Message

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this wall, and I'm happy to help troubleshoot!

Nice call on testing a wired connection and restarting. I successfully published a sample project to Review 360, and I don't see any reported incidents.

Here are a few other reasons why you could be seeing this error. 

  • Are you able to successfully publish a different course, or do you see the same error?

If you're comfortable sharing your file publicly here, I'd be happy to test it! Or, if you prefer, you can share it privately here, and I'll delete once done testing.
