After publishing our module from the computer to Review 360, I am able to edit it on the computer but some elements like shapes are missing. When you go through the module online, the timing still applies around a shape that isn't seen on the computer module anymore. I need to change the timeline but I can't find the missing piece. It sounds like you've identified an issue in Review 360 and are unsure how to correct it. If that's correct, you will need to open the project where it was created, Storyline 360, for instance, make your edits, and then republish.
