Content not remaining in folders

Discovered a recent issue with Review 360. and I am not sure if it is a workflow issue or a product issue.  When I add content to a folder, it doesn't stay in the folder. 

Steps to create/Repeat. 

  1. Create folder
  2. name folder
  3. Upload content into folder
  4. close browser and reopen- Folder is empty
  5. Content moved back to root. 
  6. Move content back into folder. 
  7. close browser and reopen- folder is empty

I have also tried creating the folder AFTER uploading the content and see the same issue. 

This is new behavior as past reviews stay in their folders.

 

Am I the only one seeing this?
