When making a comment on the review of a course on rise, instead of showing a screenshot of it, an image appears with a bunch of html and css3 code. Can you tell me why this behavior? This behavior is apparently linked to the screens where we insert Rise's carousel component.
Thank you for providing screenshots! Are you seeing the HTML and css3 code appearing when viewing the course in all browsers? Also, is this happening with all courses you have in Review 360 that include a Rise carousel?
It's difficult to tell what might be the issue without seeing the project. Is it possible that you can share the Review 360 link? You can share it in this discussion or privately in a support case.
