This is a great question, and I'd be happy to give more details! For how long are Review 360 files kept?
Files will stay in Articulate Review for as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, your content will remain intact on our servers for at least six months. Anyone who has direct links to review your content items will still be able to view them and add comments. However, you won't be able to access your Articulate Review home page where all your content items are listed.
