I want to upload a zip file that was previously created with another license to Review 360 so that I have access to the content, and it gives me this error that the file is not supported file type.
If the course that you are uploading was published in Web or LMS format, the course author will need to republish it again using the correct procedure to allow you to upload it to your Review 360 account.

You can only upload published Storyline 360 content to Review 360 if it was published specifically using the instructions outlined in this article:
