I've got a case open where all of the Rise courses my team is publishing after the February 13th update to Rise are not viewable in Google Chrome. All other browsers function, but this is our company's preferred browser and I think most of our SME reviewers use Chrome. Is anyone else experiencing this? Articulate support can't replicate so I wanted to see if we're alone out there with this issue or what.
Sorry you're running into this trouble, Jennifer! Opening a case was a smart idea. I see that Rowie tested the link, and everything appears to be working normally from his testing. I'll continue to follow along with your case as it progresses!
Thanks Alyssa! It's proving to be a head-scratcher. Our IT says they haven't made any security changes, and older versions of even the same trainings we're having issues viewing still work when we toggle versions.
