My SME says the Post button shows disabled at times

What could be causing this? I see that my SME has entered 2 comments so that tells me it's working, just not consistently.

Please ask your SMEs to try the following troubleshooting steps to address the behavior: 

  • Use a different browser
  • Try incognito / private mode, or have them temporarily disable any browser extensions that may be running on their browsers
  • Clear their browser's cache
  • Make sure that their browsers are all updated to the latest available versions
