We have a simple hover/reveal click navigation to guide learners through the course material, however it seems very easy to 'break' it by simply clicking next.
We get the 'thinking' wheel and the entire course freezes, forcing our testers to refresh their screen and reset the entire course.
I'm sorry to say I can't reliably repeat when this issue happens, it seems to happen very randomly, though it seems it happens much less when the course has already been run through once, which makes me think it could be a cache issue?
We've done prelim uploads on our LMS and have never encountered this issue, so I'm pretty sure it's connected to Review and not our course build, which isn't actually that complicated!
This certainly sounds curious. Great to hear it's running smoothly in your LMS, but we'd want you to have a smooth experience in Articulate Review, as well.
I haven't run across any issues like this one, so I'm interested to have a look at your file. Do you mind sharing it with our team here?
