Was there a specific question you had about the Articulate Review feature built into Articulate 360 or with your ability to review Storyline and edit if you published already? To be able to edit the Storyline course you'll need to have the .story file. This is not included within the published output folder so you'll want to ensure you you save a copy of the .story file prior to publishing.
