Happy to provide some clarification on what courses are shown within each Articulate 360 environment.
Rise 360 is one of the authoring apps within Articulate 360. While in that view, you'll only see courses you've authored in Rise 360 regardless of if you've published or exported them elsewhere.
Review 360 is a tool to host your Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Peek 360 content to share with your subject matter experts and reviewers. So on that page you'll see everything you've published to Review 360! You'll also see we're working on a new Review 360 Product filters, and you'll see that noted on our roadmap.
