Some of our SMEs are facing issues in capturing the specific video frames to annotate their feedback.
Today, only the first frame of the video is captured. As a result, they use PPT to give their feedback. As a result, the purpose of providing Review360 gets defeated.
That doesn't sound right! The screenshot attached to the comment in Review 360 should show the correct scene in the video. I've tested this on my end using Chrome, and the comments displayed the corresponding scene of the video.
Which browser are your reviewers using? Also, have you found this behavior with all of your courses in Review 360 or just this specific one?
