Review 360 Chrome Crash

Review 360 is crashing on this course (link below) when opening in Chrome. When opening in Internet Explorer, the course plays through completely.

Attached is the console log of warning messages for Chrome. I noticed that the message "The AudioContext was not allowed to start ..." did not appear on Internet Explorer, but appeared on Chrome. This error also did not appear on IE, but did appear on Chrome "[Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking ..."

Chrome Version:
-Version 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Storyline Version: 
-Version 3.30.19518.0

We tried the following:
-Re-publishing the course to Review 360 & replacing audio, then playing in Chrome (this did not work)
-Publishing the course on a different computer and playing in Chrome (didn't work)
-Publishing in SCORM and launching html5 file in Chrome on the desktop (this plays fine). This leads me to think that Review 360 is the problem and not Chrome itself.
-Play Review 360 course in IE (this worked)
